ABOUT
Nanu Construction, Inc. was incorporated in 1989. Since then, the company has come a far way since the inception. From building 30-40 key motels, this family owned, local general contractor has now built over 35 hotels and 15 express car washes over the past 29 years. In 2018, Nanu Construction, Inc. began construction on its first dual branded hotel project, a Springhill Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Arlington, Texas. With 231 rooms, this property will help steer Nanu Construction to build even bigger and better properties in the future. Jagdip "Jags" Patel was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Nanu Construction, helping lead the company into the future.
PROJECTS
Springhill Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a 231-room, dual-branded hotel with resort style amenities with bar and restaurant. Project broke ground in 2018 and expected completion in early 2020.
This is Q Speedwash - Great Southwest, the 4th Car Wash of the Q Speedwash Portfolio. Project broke ground in late 2017 and completed construction in July 2018.
The Courtyard Marriott in Fort Worth, Texas is an 81-room property with 2,600 square feet of meeting space.
Q Speedwash at Golden Triangle began construction in early to mid 2018 and is expected to complete by end of year. This will be QSW's 5th location!
